InteliFab Expands Production in Klamath Falls

InteliFab is in Klamath Falls and since 2005 they have been making factory-build modular homes. Partnered with tribal and wildfire victims to address their housing needs.

In 2023, $20m was allocated to go to housing construction as part of the housing legislation. InteliFab was one of four (4) businesses out of seventeen (17) applicants to receive an Oregon Housing Community Services (OHCS) $5m grant to increase capacity to meet housing needs in Oregon. With the funding Intelifab has expanded their workforce
training, created replicable designs, installed new equipment, purchased state-of-the art transit trailers and expanded the facility to increase production.

Investments are helping Oregon lead the way for modular housing and will play an important role in the long-term plan to address the missing middle housing deficit in our state. OHCS believes modular housing is an important part of addressing the housing deficit because of the efficiencies, quality of materials, precise specifications and reduced scheduling issues due to weather conditions. InteliFab’s facility is currently capable of producing a two-bedroom, one-bath unit every two days. Most recently, in July 2026, they completed the installation of four four-plexes (16 units total) in Klamath Falls within 90 days from contract to install. Because the modular homes are assembled in the facility while the concrete foundations and garages are constructed concurrently on-site, the final installation process took just three days.
